Dr. Tanya Schrumpf, DC
Dr.Schrumpf graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from the University of California, San Diego in 1992. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr.Schrumpf attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where she earned the titled Doctor of Physical Therapy in 1995. After relocating from Los Angeles, California to Titusville, Florida, Dr. Schrumpf worked hard to become Parrish Hospital’s first ever Chiropractor on staff. After several years in practice with Parrish Hospital as their Rehabilitation Director, Dr.Schrumpf went into practice on her own. In 2008 Dr.Schrumpf, along with her husband, opened Florida Sports and Spinal Rehab. Since then her practice has grown from a small clinic in Titusville to three, multi-specialty clinics covering all of Brevard County.
Dr.Schrumpf’s specialties include evaluation and treatment for postoperative spinal patients and postoperative orthopedic patients. She works one-on-one with her patients to develop a multi-faceted and comprehensive plan-of-care. With follow-up appointments scheduled throughout the patient’s plan-of-care, Dr.Schrumpf monitors each patient’s progress throughout the recovery process, making adjustments as needed. When Dr.Schrumpf is not in clinic she is either doing yoga, driving her two children to activities, or hitting the slopes in Park City, UT with her husband and children.
